Behind the Stories

About Me

๐ŸŒŸ WORLD OF TEACHERS MISSION

Iโ€™m Rick โ€” host at World of Teachers

Iโ€™m Rick โ€” tutor, storyteller, and professional people-listener. Iโ€™ve taught students from every corner of the world, from complete beginners to fluent speakers, but my real obsession? The human story behind the teacher.

Every tutor has a reason they started. A moment that made them stay. A student who changed how they see the world. Thatโ€™s the stuff I live for โ€” the conversations that go beyond lesson plans and grammar drills.

World of Teachers is my way of bringing those stories to light. No scripts. No corporate polish. Just real humans, talking about why they do what they do. We laugh, we swap tips, we get honest about the hard days, and we walk away a little more inspired.

My job here is simple:

  • Make you feel at home within 30 seconds.
  • Ask the questions that pull out your best stories.
  • Share them so they can inspire tutors and learners everywhere.

Whether youโ€™ve been teaching for decades or just started last week โ€” your story matters. And Iโ€™m here to help you tell it.
